Common questions
How much memory do I need for video editing?
16GB is enough for simple 1080p edits, 32GB is comfortable for 4K, and 64GB or more helps with long timelines, effects and 3D work.
Is a gaming PC good for video editing?
Often, yes. Gaming PCs have strong graphics cards and fast processors. For heavy work, look for more memory and more storage than a typical gaming build.
