Add photos
Accept the valuation, add a few photos and tell us where buyers can collect it. Your PC stays with you.
We list & sell it
We write the listing, publish it as "Sold by AS Computers" and deal with buyers. They pay us online, then collect from you with a code.
You get paid
Once the buyer has collected it, we send your money (minus our fee) to your bank account.

Questions
Do I need to send you my PC?
No - it stays with you the whole time. Buyers come to you to collect it once they've paid us. Only your town is shown on the listing; the buyer gets your address after paying.
What about my data?
Before the buyer collects, back up anything you want to keep, then wipe the drives and reinstall Windows (or reset it). Sign out of any accounts.
How do I know the buyer has paid?
We email you as soon as they pay, with their name and phone number. When they arrive, ask for their 6-digit collection code and enter it in your account - that confirms the handover. Never accept cash on top.
How long does it take to sell?
Most PCs in good condition at a fair price sell within a few weeks. We'll keep you updated by email and in your account.
When do I get paid?
Once the sale has completed, we send your earnings by bank transfer. You can add your bank details securely in your account at any time.
What if it doesn't sell, or I change my mind?
Cancel from your account at any time before it sells and we'll take the listing down. There's no fee if it doesn't sell.
What if the buyer finds a problem at collection?
Buyers can check the PC when they collect. If it isn't as described they can walk away without giving their code, and they're refunded. So please describe any faults honestly.
